Morrison Ranch

Morrison Ranch was developed mostly between 1980 and 1987. The majority of the homes are located north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard between Reyes Adobe Road on the west and Kanan Road on the east. Morrison Ranch has a reputation for being one of the most desirable communities in the Conejo Valley.

Meadow Ridge Condominiums

The Terraces

The Terraces were built in 2013-2014 at 27756 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills between Kanan Road to the west and Liberty Canyon to the east. The community consists of single family detached homes offering eight different floor plans. The homes are located on the north slope of the Santa Monica Mountains.
